Each gate has a dedicated pass pool. Passes are auto-assigned in ascending order from the correct pool at check-in.
Pass Assignment Policy
System auto-assigns the lowest available pass number from the gate's pool in ascending order. Officers must hand over the exact assigned pass. Override requires supervisor or admin role.
